Ingredients:
- Wheat noodles – 230 g (8.11 oz.)
- Pork tenderloin – 300 g (10.58 oz.)
- Carrots – 200 g (7.05 oz.)
- Holland beans – 100 g (3.52 oz.)
- Oyster sauce – 5 tbsp.
- Garlic (minced) – 2 cloves
- Onion (sliced) – 1/2 PC.
- Bouillon cube – 1 PC. (vegetable flavor)
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp.
- Salt – 1/2 tsp.
- Water – 700 ml (3 cups)
Directions:
- Season the pork with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil the water.
- In a wok or a large non stick pan, heat the oil and sauté the onions and garlic.
- Add the pork and, after 3 minutes add the carrots and oyster sauce.
- Once carrots are partly cooked, add the Holland beans and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Once the water is boiling, add the bouillon cube and soak the pancit, cook for 1 to 2 minutes, drain and mix well with the meat and vegetables until noodles absorb the flavor.
