My name is Ann and I’m from Iligan City but currently living here in UK with my husband and my daughter. Words are not enough to express my gratitude to you and your website. You have certainly helped a lot of newbies like me who has zero idea when it comes to cooking (though I have mastered the arts of cooking egg and pancit canton and any other instant noodles). My mother is a Capampangan and she can cook really well but unfortunately the kitchen was not my fave place until now. I first tried your leche flan recipe and by golly wow, it was friggin’ perfect! You got me by your simple and straight to the point recipes and I am an avid fan since then. I’ve tried lots of your recipes and they all turned out well. Thank you very much, you just don’t know how it affected my life (in a positive way of course). I am a bit confident now and at least I can say that I can rely on myself and not long for my mother’s cooking anymore.
