Your site and recipe videos are the main reason I had this profound love for cooking rekindled. So far I have been able to follow every detail of the recipes I have tried and my wife and sister with me here in the UAE loved them to bits. I hope you guys keep this up. You never know how much people out there like me has benefited so much in the few hours of your time making the recipe (and video), making our lives a bit more easier, and keeping us from being homesick as well.
