AngieHi Peach and Davide, Bonjourno!!! Kumosta namo!!! First of all I would like to say Thank you both for sharing your simple and yet delicious recipe. I am so glad i finished eating my last load of pinakbet last night which i cook 2 weeks ago (hihihi ing ani ko diri pag nag luto pintada kay kapoy na inig uli kung mag luto pako) usually i cook good for one week but when i cook the pinakbet 2 weeks ago i guess i miscalculated it i cook too much ( huhuhu so i was stuck, and probably won’t eat pinakbet for a long time sa) by the way, i also learn how to cook this from you tube also which i watch 2 weeks ago. Anyway here’s my first try of your yummy Davide errrr!!! sowee i mean yummy Recipe, will to be honest, I’m supposed to cook your Mongos today, since i have all the recipe that I need for that Mongo already but when my Fiance and I stop by in the grocery store to pick up some ham for his Dutch version of potato salad today I saw a nice cut of pork ribs hmmm so since i already have the rest of those ingredients i decide to change my recipe to Pork Ribs Ala Peachy Adobo. Well as you can see pic 1 where i gather all ingredients then 2 I was watching in my lappy to check your steps in you tube (copya to death jud) then 3,4 I was the finish product (hihihhi yummy looking na) sorry for the plating i guess i don’t have talent on those.

Thanks Angela and Jacco.
