Ingredients:

  • Hard boiled eggs – 4 PCs.
  • Natural yogurt – 4 tbsp.
  • Carrots (minced) – 4 tsp.
  • Parmesan cheese – 4 tsp.
  • Pickles – 1 1/2 tsp.
  • Paprika powder for garnishing

Directions:

  1. Bring to a boil a large measure of water and cook the eggs for 12 to 15 min.
  2. Remove the shell from the eggs under cold tap water jet.
  3. Arrange the eggs on a plate, cut them in half and take away the yolks.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, carrots, cheese, pickles and the yolks. Mix well until creamy.
  5. Stuff the eggs using a teaspoon.
  6. Top with some paprika powder, refrigerate for one hour or more and serve.
