Ingredients:
- Mama Sita’s Tapa Marinade – 1/3 cup
- Beef sirloin – 500 g (1.10 lb.)
- Cooking oil – 1/4 cup
Directions:
- Thinly slice the beef (sirloin best) and marinate in 1/3 cup Mama Sita’s Tapa Marinade for an hour.
- In a frying pan or griddle, heat 1/4 cup cooking oil over medium to high heat.
- Fry beef a few slices at a time turning once until both sides are cooked (about 5 minutes).
Variation:
- Thinly slice the beef (sirloin best) and marinate in 1/3 cup Mama Sita’s Tapa Marinade for an hour.
- Boil within the marinade adding 1/4 cup water.
- In a frying pan or griddle, heat 1/4 cup cooking oil over medium to high heat.
- Fry beef a few slices at a time turning once until both sides are nicely golden brown.
