Ingredients:
- Shrimps (shelled and deveined) – 300 g (10.58 oz.)
- Oyster sauce – 1 1/2 tbsp.
- Green bell pepper (sliced) – 1 PC.
- Onion (quartered) – 2 PCs. (medium-sized)
- Garlic (minced) – 7 cloves
- Red chili paste – 1 tsp.
- Dill – 1/8 tsp.
- Paprika powder – 1/8 tsp.
- Black pepper (ground) – 1/8 tsp.
- Ginger powder – 1/8 tsp.
- Gin – 1 tbsp.
- Extra virgin olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- Butter – 1 tbsp. (optional)
Directions:
- Peel and devein the shrimps leaving intact the last part of the tail.
- Season the shrimps with ground pepper, ginger powder and gin.
- Heat a frying pan, add extra virgin olive oil and sauté onions and garlic.
- Add the green bell pepper and simmer for 1 minute.
- Add the shrimps, paprika powder, dill, oyster sauce, chili paste and mix well.
- If you have sizzling plate, heat it heavily and place butter.
- Transfer the shrimps on the sizzling plate and serve immediately.

The first time I saw it was the " binagoongang baboy ", I got curious so I've watched a few of your videos already. try to keep up the good work I'm sure maraming mga kababayan natin ang mahihikayat na magluto dahil sa simple na mukhang masarap pa ang mga pini feature mong pagkain.
