Ingredients:

  • Zucchini – 700 g (1.54 lb.)
  • Shrimps – 150 g (5.29 oz.)
  • Garlic (minced) – 2 cloves
  • Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp.
  • Oyster sauce – 3 tbsp.
  • Cornstarch – 1 tsp.
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp.

Directions:

  1. Slice the zucchini lengthwise and then into wedges shape.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the garlic.
  3. Add the shrimps and sprinkle the black pepper powder.
  4. Add the oyster sauce and allow simmer for 7 minutes, stir occasionally.
  5. Dissolve the cornstarch into 3 tbsp. of cold water and add to the pan.
  6. Stir and simmer for 1 minute.

    • Hi bhonn, If I've found the right translation Zucchini is "Pipino" in Tagalog, the small green long ones. Thanks for following this cooking channel and I'm sure Peachy appreciate all your comments, I must tell u anyway that Im not anymore married with Peachy and she will go on with this website by herself.
