Ingredients:

  • Rice – 200 g (7.05 oz.)
  • Squid – 200 g (7.05 oz.)
  • Onion (chopped) – 1/2 PC.
  • Garlic (minced) – 4 cloves
  • Green onion (sliced) – 1 stalk
  • Oyster sauce – 2 tbsp.
  • Black pepper (ground) – a pinch
  • Ginger powder – 1/4 tsp.
  • Extra virgin olive oil – 2 tbsp.

Directions:

  1. Cook the rice one hour in advance before the cooking time or use rice leftover.
  2. In a medium-sized non-stick pan heat the extra virgin olive oil, sauté the onion until soft.
  3. Add the garlic, squid, ginger powder, ground pepper, oyster sauce and stir until squids are cooked.
  4. Add the steamed rice, toss well with the squids then add the white part of the green onions.
  5. Once soft, remove from heat, join the remaining green onions and serve.

  2. Hi Peachy, thanks for uploading those tempting menus. Have you watched dorllymultiply's glass noodles soup video? I'm making intriga but I've just notice her saying about the oystersauce thing. And take note she's saying it na parang may pinaparingan, pardon me if I'm wrong basta it's kinda sarcastic. Watch it for your self. More power to you and more videos pa.

  3. hi sis, dito lang ako sa site lagi. madalang ako mag view sa youtube, sa pinoy channel ako lagi pero mga teleserye lang pinapanuod ko dun. ayaw kita panuorin dun kasi naiinis lang ako sa mga ngcocomment ng bad. hehehe.....anyways, ang sasabihin ko talaga ay goodluck sa work, ingat ka lagi and thanks so much sa patuloy na pag post ng videos. pag talagang di na kaya mag upload dahil busy, its okay....., marami kaming pagpipilian sa mga recipes mo. stay healthy and pretty !!! have a nice day....
