Ingredients:
- Pork tenderloin (cubed) – 800 g (1.76 lb.)
- Pork liver (cubed) – 600 g (1.32 lb.)
- Sausage – 200 g (7.05 oz.)
- Carrots (cubed) – 200 g (7.05 oz.)
- Potatoes (cubed) – 400 g (14.11 oz.)
- Green bell pepper (cubed) – 1 PC.
- Onion (chopped) – 1 PC.
- Garlic (minced) – 2 cloves
- Tomatoes (cubed) – 700 g (1.54 lb.)
- Oyster sauce – 5 tbsp.
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- Black pepper powder – 1 tsp.
Directions:
- Heat a large pot with olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic until golden brown.
- Add the pork, tomatoes, black pepper powder, oyster sauce and simmer until meat is cooked.
- Add the carrots and allow simmer for 5 minutes and then add the potatoes.
- After 3 minutes, add the pork liver, once cooked, add the sausages, bell pepper and simmer lid on for 5 minutes.
