Ingredients:
- Shrimps – 200 g (7.05 oz.)
- Glass noodles – 100 g (3.53 oz.)
- Onion (sliced) – 1/2 PC. (medium-sized)
- Ginger (sliced) – 25 g (0.88 oz.)
- Black pepper (ground) – a pinch
- Green onion – 1 stalk
- Garlic (minced) – 2 cloves
- Oyster sauce – 4 tbsp.
- Sesame oil – 2 tbsp.
- Water – 1 cup
Directions:
- Soak the noodles in cold water for 20 minutes.
- Heat the sesame oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onions, ginger and the garlic.
- Add the shrimps, water, oyster sauce, black pepper and bring to a boil until shrimps are half cook.
- Add the noodles and cook together for 2 minutes, switch off the stove, add the green onion, mix well and serve.
Tip: serve shortly to avoid the noodles to absorb all the sauce.
