Ingredients:
- Ground pork – 250 g
- Wheat vermicelli (miswa) – 2 packs
- Luffa (patola) – 2 medium
- Red onion – 1 medium
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Tomatoes – 4 pcs small
- Black pepper powder
- Salt
- Magic Sarap
Directions:
- Pand fry the meat in the pan, add little oil if necessary
- Once the meat is golden brown, remove it from the pan and set it aside
- Pan fry the garlic and onion in the same pan, using the oil left by the meat
- When onion is translucent, add the tomatoes and cook until soft
- Return the meat to the pan and add also the luffa cut in slices
- Add one cup of water and bring to a rolling boiling
- Add the vermicelli and allow them to soften
- Season with black pepper, salt and Magic Sarap
