Ingredients:
- String beans – 250 g (8.82 oz.)
- Shrimps (shelled) – 300 g (10.58 oz.)
- Red bell pepper (shredded) – 1 cup
- Cabbage (shredded) – 300 g (10.58 oz.)
- Carrots (shredded) – 2 PCs.
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
- Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp.
- Oyster sauce – 5 tbsp.
- Bacon – 500 g (1.10 lb.)
- Onion – 1 PC.
- Flour sticks – 300 g (10.58 oz.)
- Rice sticks – 300 g (10.58 oz.)
Directions:
- Season the pork with the soy sauce and black pepper powder.
- Soak the rice sticks in cold water (if you do not eat straight away, use boiling water 3 min before mixing with the vegetables).
- Pan fry the bacon for 10 minutes without adding oil to the pan.
- Add the onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the carrots and string beans, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the oyster sauce and keep simmering for 5 minutes, stir occasionally.
- Add the shrimps and the cabbage and cook for 3 minutes.
- Bring to a boil a large measure of water and cook the flour sticks for 1 minute.
- Strain the rice sticks and the flour sticks and mix well to the vegetables.
- Add the red bell pepper, mix and serve.

hi, ms. peachy,, a few months ago i've been inclined to cooking before i was not. Now, wanted to learn many menus, sad thing -- as of now, no enough budget to support my cooking.. but i'll try soon to cook this menu -- the BAM-I.. its looks so delicious.
