I am a subscriber of your cooking channel. I’m a mother of twins and a permanent resident in Canada. It has always been a struggle for me because I really suck at cooking. When I stumbled upon your channel, it made cooking easier (considering that you are a Filipina too! You can easily suggest alternatives if a certain ingredient is not readily available) I just wanted to share with you my (ahem) ‘cooking prowess’ inspired by you. Here’s a photo of your version of Beef with Mushroom and Zucchini Shrimps (nahirapan ako pano hiwain yung zucchini lol) in Oyster Sauce (ibabaon din sya ng hubby ko bukas lol).
