Ingredients:

  • Steamed rice – 250 g (8.82 oz.)
  • Chicken (cut into strips) – 250 g (8.82 oz.)
  • Green curry paste – 1 tsp.
  • Onion (chopped) – 1/2 PC.
  • Garlic (minced) – 2 cloves
  • Chicken stock powder – 1/2 tbsp.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Green onion (sliced) – 1 stalk
  • Extra virgin olive oil – 3 tbsp.

Directions:

  1. Season chicken strips with chicken stock powder and the rice with salt.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and add the extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
  4. Add the green curry paste and stir until well mixed.
  5. Add the chicken and pan-fry until cooked and edges turned brown.
  6. Add the rice and mix very well with all the other ingredients.
  7. Once done, add the green onions and serve.
